  • 1.After-Sales Service For All Products
  • All products are with high-quality design and proved reliability which come from Sharegood. They all guaranteed with 1year warranty.

    In addition to the normal QA checking and passed in the factory line, during the packing stage, our QA test engineers will make some testing and double check the right accessories, the correct standard power adapter and other standard accessories which suitable for your country. We will double check all the right things before ship out.

    All of products come from Sharegood are guaranteed by 1 year warranty which for repair, return or replacement. If you have any using problem or unsatisfactory with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will consult the issues with sincerity. Confirmed faulty products can be returned to ePahtChina Limited where we will double check the issue, make some repairs or replace the new products for you.

    Drop shippment is available here, if you are drop shipper and you have encountered return issue with our products which you sold to your customers, it is also suitable for our after service policy and covered by 1 year after service warranty. We will not ignore any problems from our customers, we will do our best to provide best service for all of customers and improve our product and service quality. If you have any question or suggestion, please feel free to contact us immediately, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

  • 2.What can I do if I have not received refund?
  • Usually you will receive the refund after 5-7 business days.. if you still didn't receive it, you could contact your credit card company or our customer service for help.

    If your payment is over 60 days through Paypal, the refund processing time will be depended on Paypal. Paypal has the authority to issue the refund.

  • 3.What is your return policy?
  • Unless specified otherwise, all our products carry a 12-month warranty. Please contact us for help to troubleshoot the products first. If we believe the product is indeed defective and cannot be solved through email communication, we will advise you how to return the items. Items returned without prior notice will not be processed.

  • 4.What is your procedure for returning goods?
  • Please follow the steps mentioned below to return goods:


    1, Contact us first by email or online chatting with detailed description and photos or videos if possible, and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem.

    2, We will advise you with possible resolutions after our confirmation.

    3, We will accept your requirement of returning if all the solutions are not workable.

    4, You have to immediately sent the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

    5, We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.

  • 5.Can I return defective items to you?
  • Items verified to be defective (not caused by person) will be replaced with the same model or serviced. If original models are not available for replacements, we will recommend buyers with different models of equal value and similar features as replacements. If replacement models are not available, buyers may use the credit to purchase alternative products, or ask refunds.

    Items verified to be non-defective will be sent back to buyers and buyers are responsible for the shipping cost. If buyers refuse to pay for the return shipping cost, we reserve the rights to deduct a minimum of 25% restocking fee before issuing a partial refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any circumstances.

  • 6.Are products guaranteed? / Is there a warrant
  • Yes, product quality is our top priority. Unless otherwise specified, all products come from Sharegood are guaranteed by 1 year warranty which for repair, return or replacement.

    The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, damages due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, or other misuse.

    If you have any using problem or unsatisfactory with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will consult the issues with sincerity. Confirmed faulty products can be returned to ePahtChina Limited where we will double check the issue, make some repairs or replace the new products for you.

  • 7.When will the warranty period start?
  • We offer a 12-month warranty for all products, starting from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller.

  • 8.Attentions of Faulty Goods Returning
  • All our products come with a 1- year warranty.

    This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device unusable during the 1-year after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept the return or repairing of the item. We can replace the item with a new one or an equivalent item that you accept, or refund you.

    In general, if a product develops a fault during the 1-year since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.

    Please contact us first when you want to return the goods. In most cases it seems to have a problem but actually restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory can solve it, and you need not to send it back.

    If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under 1-year warranty.

    Usually, we will repair the product for free and send it back for free in the first 1 month.

    In the first 3 months, we will repair it and send it back for free, but customers need to pay the cost of returning of faulty products back to Sharegood.

    After 3 months and still under 1 year, customers need to pay the shipping cost back and forth. And if the product needs to exchange accessory, customers also need to pay for it. But if the manufacturer exchanges nothing, it is free.

    If a repair is impossible we will refund you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.

    We do not believe companies should ignore their customers or try to cover problems. We will do our best to deal with your enquiries promptly and helpfully.

  • 9.Who should Pay for Returning?
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping for returning items to us in China.

    Sharegood cover the cost of shipping replacement products to customers.

  • 10.What if the fixed one becomes broken again?
  • As long as u are under our 1 year warranty,then no matter how many times you have returned an item,we will fix it for you free of charge if no component is missing and broken.But you will have to pay for thei shipping cost back and forth,and no refund nor replacement is acceptable under this circumstance.

  • 11.What if the item I got isn't the correct one?
  • If the item you get is not the same as what you ordered from us,then you can take a picture to prove it,and we will send you a new one after confirmation,but you should return the different one back to us at the same time.
  • 12.Can i change another item on Sharegood
  • Generally speaking,we won't accept an exchange if no quality problem of the item you recieved.But if it is with one week,and you are a regular customer from us,then we may take a consideration about it.

    If you insist on getting a different item from Sharegood,and agreed to pay for the difference,then we can exchange it for you.But make sure there isn't any damage to this product,moreover,you will have to pay for the shipping cost back and forth.

  • 13.what if i can't raise a dispute when i paid
  • It is true that customers are not able to raise up a dispute on paypal if they pay via western union or bank transfer,but they have other ways to protect themselves though.

    When customers can't have their money back,they can write negative reviews on google,thus it will make a bad effect on the site.But it will never happen on Sharegood,cuz Sharegood will never cheat customers.

    When customer's order is delayed for a long time,and they are not able to raise a dispute on paypal,Sharegood will refund him or her automatically.

  • 14.Can i return item back to u without telling
  • You are not allowed to return an item back to us without getting an approval from us.

    Customers shouldn't return their items back before telling Sharegood customer service,cuz it may need a mistake. Many customers regards the address on the parcel we sent to them as our company address. However,in fact,it is not our company's address in most cases. Thus it may lead a false returning and we can't receive the parcel.

    Pls do remember to talk to our customer service first when you have something that needed to be returned.
